So Many Ways to Strengthen Your 西班牙语 Skills
教师 members periodically lead intensive language programs in Mexico and Spain. 西班牙语 degree students are encouraged to study abroad through programs offered in countries such as Argentina, Chile, Dominican Republic, Peru, and Spain.
We offer service learning, internship, and employment opportunities to build your skills with local nonprofits serving 西班牙语-speaking communities.
In addition, the 西班牙语 Club will help you expand your 西班牙语 speaking abilities and cultural knowledge with activities and volunteering, including Hispanic cooking nights, salsa dancing, theater productions, Hispanic film festivals, museum outings, and more.
西班牙语 speakers have a built-in advantage in today’s job market. 一个圣. Kate’s 西班牙语 major (or minor) will prepare you for careers in government, 业务, nonprofits, or education, including
- federal foreign service
- corporations operating globally
- local or state agencies
